Broccoli Casserole With Blue Cheese |

Again, made this for the holidays, and had to give out recipes to everyone and had to make for New Years too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ingredients:
2 good size heads of broccoli |
1 onion chopped |
2 tbsp minced garlic |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp herb de'provence |
4 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp butter |
1-1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Blanche broccoli in salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain 2. In frying pan, melt butter & olive oil, add onions, & garlic till tender 3. Add seasonings 4. In 9 x 13 pan, put broccoli, top with oil/onion mixture and toss over broccoli to coat. If needed add a lttle more olive oil. 5. Top with blue cheese. (If you want more, enjoy) 6. Bake at 350 till bubbly and cheese is semi-melted |
