This is a recipe that I changed and used gluten free flour so I could enjoy it without the wheat. It is simple and delicious. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
6 tablespoons gluten-free flour |
2 cups frozen broccoli |
1 lb cottage cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat the flour and eggs until smooth and then add the remaining ingredients. 2. Pour into a casserole dish, and bake uncovered at 350 for 70 minutes. 3. Let sit about 5 minutes before serving. |
