Broccoli Casserole and Rice |

This is a favorite pass-me-down from my Mother-in-law. Ingredients:
1 box frozen chopped broccoli |
1 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (8 ounce) jar cheese spread |
3/4 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Cool broccoli and drain. 2. Mix broccoli and other ingredients together. 3. Pour into casserole pan. 4. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 30 minutes. |
