I love broccoli cheese soup and this is kind of a chunkier version of that! Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed. (thaw broccoli is one inch of boiling water for 10 minutes) |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 eggs, beaten |
garlic powder |
s & p |
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice |
2 tbs butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 2. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. 3. Bake 45 minutes. |
