I JUST MADE THIS FOR THANKSGIVING, IT IS A NICE CHANGE, INSTEAD OF GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE EVERY YEAR. Ingredients:
20 oz frozen chopped broccoli, or broccoli floretts |
1/2 cup mayo |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2 tablespoons dried minced onion |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 egg yolk |
garlic salt and perrer to taste |

1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. DEFROST BROCCOLI 2. MIX ALL GOO TOGETHER EXCEPT THE CHEESE ITS AND BUTTER 3. PUT MIX INTO A CASSEROLE DISH 4. CRUMBLE CRACKERS ON TOP OF CASSEROLE 5. DIVIDE UP BUTTER AND EVENLY DOT IT AROUND THE TOP OF THE CASSEROLE (THIS IS SO THE CRACKERS DONT BURN) 6. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL BUBBLY AND TOPPING CRIPS |
