Broccoli Casserole Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained |
1 can 99% ff cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
1/2 cup rf mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup grated rf cheddar cheese |
1 (2 oz.) pimentos, diced |
1/4 cup broken pecans |
1 cup rf nabisco cheese nips crackers, crushed |
Directions:
1. Arrange cooked broccoli in an 8 X 12 X 2 casserole that has been sprayed with butter spray. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Spoon over broccoli. Mix cracker crumbs, pimentos and nuts. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
