This casserole is simple yet oh so tasty. You can use 2 bags of frozen broccoli rather than fresh. Be sure to follow the directions exactly, or you'll end up with a dry crunchy mess...I've learned the hard way :S Ingredients:
2 lbs broccoli, cooked to for tender and drained |
3/4 cup butter, melted in hot broccoli |
4 cups herb flavored bread cubes |
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Be sure butter is totaly melted in the broccoli. 2. Mix everything together execpt 1 cup of the cheese. 3. Pour into 9x13 pan and top with remaining cheese. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
