Ingredients 8 ounces broccoli 1/2 cup egg beaters (or 2 eggs) 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can) 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup kraft fat free mayo 52 grams saltines (20 crackers) 10 ounces kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese 8 ounces mushrooms 1/2 cup diced onion 2 tbsp. Directions:
1. Mix together eggs, soup, and mayo. Add milk, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with saltines (or Ritz crackers) and butter when half done. |
