1 lb broccoli, cut |
4 ounces spanish olives, sliced |
1 (16 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (12 ounce) container sour cream |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
2 cups monterey jack cheese |
8 ounces cracker crumbs |
seasoning salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
garlic powder, to taste |
onion powder, to taste |
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli until tender crisp. 2. Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 of the cheese in a casserole dish. 3. Add other 1/2 of cheese and cracker crumbs on top. 4. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. |
