Very tasty - a good way to get kids to eat their veggies. Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut into spears |
1 can campbell's half-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup |
1 (250 ml) container light sour cream |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
15 ritz crackers, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli just until tender. 2. Drain well. 3. Mix with all other ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. DO NOT OVERBAKE. |
