Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages frozen broccoli (undercooked) or 2 (8 ounce) packages fresh broccoli, (undercooked) |
2 eggs, well beaten |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 medium onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Blanch broccolli for apprxoimately 2-3 minutes, drain. 2. Mix with other ingredients and place in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. 3. Top casserole with bread crumbs (Italian are good). 4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. |
