An easy broccoli-n-cornbread recipe. Great taste combination. Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
4 eggs, beaten |
6 ounces cottage cheese |
8 ounces cheese whiz, softened |
1 can corn |
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix |
10 ounces broccoli, cooked/drained |
Directions:
1. Mix the 1st 6 ingredients together. 2. Blend in: muffin mix. 3. ADD: broccoli, cooked/drained, stirring lightly just til blended. 4. Bake 9 x 13, 350 about 40 minutes. |
