With a cheesy biscuit-like crust, these pretty squares disappear quickly at our house. We enjoy them for breakfast, brunch and dinner. -Vi Janus, Pelican Lake, Wisconsin Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup water |
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
dash pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
