Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
12 ounce(s) cottage cheese
2 pound(s) fresh broccoli or 3 packages frozen (2 spears and 1 chopped)
1/3 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli and chop. Add all other ingredients. Shape into balls. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Roll in breadcrumbs and place in greased baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees 20 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake 5 min.
