This will convert those who think they don't like broccoli. Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten |
16 oz. cottage cheese |
1/3 cup flour |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 1/2 cups cubed cheddar cheese |
1 lb. broccoli, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Add flour, salt and butter and mix thoroughly. 2. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and broccoli into the bottom of a buttered 2 quart ovenproof casserole. Pour cottage cheese mixture over broccoli. 3. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until broccoli is tender. |
