I got this recipe off of a soup can many moons ago and it use to accompany all my Thanksgiving dinners for alot of years. Ingredients:
1 small pkg. of frozen broccoli |
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (i've used celery & cream of chicken before too) |
1 cup of bisquick |
1/2 a stick of butter |
1 pkg of shredded cheddar cheese. |
Directions:
1. Boil broccoli until tender. drain. In a 2 qt. greased baking dish; Layer broccoli, spread soup on top of broccoli, add cheese. In a small bowl mix bisquick and butter until crumbly, add to the top of casserole and bake 350 for 30 min. |
