My mother-in-law give this to me and it's very good. Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen broccoli (chopped) |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
1 (16 ounce) package town house crackers |
Directions:
1. Place cooked and drained broccoli in an 8 x 11 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. 2. Cube cheese and 1/2 stick melted butter pour over broccoli. 3. Crush crackers mix in the other half of the butter (melted). Sprinkle over broccoli and cheese. 4. Back 40 minutes in 300°F oven. |
