Sweet and Tangy slaw to help you get your veggies and fruits in. I was looking for a way to get my family to eat more veggies and came up with this easy to make healthy salad from the things I already had in the kitchen. I let it sit in the fridge overnight but it's not necessary. Ingredients:
6 ounces broccoli slaw mix |
1 large green apple |
1 1/2 ounces raisins |
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine Low-Fat Mayo, Lemon Juice, Raisins and Sweet and Low and set aside. Cut Green Apple into matchsticks and toss with Broccoli Slaw. Pour Dressing over Salad and Mix Well. |
