Broccoli Apple And Bacon Salad

This came from a Christmas magazine from a couple of years ago but it is an all-year salad for our family.
Ingredients:
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh broccoli florets
1 small fresh cauliflower chopped into cauliflowerets
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 medium red apple, chopped
1 medium granny smith apple, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pound sliced maple-flavored bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup sunflower kernels
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cranberries and apples.
2. In a large measuring cup, whisk the mayonnaise, syrup and lemon juice. Stir into broccoli mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. • Just before serving, stir in bacon and sunflower kernels.
