Fit & Active recipe Ingredients:
1 serving (1 cup) (fit & active) chicken broth |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
3 cups broccoli florets |
7 servings (fit & active) whole grain penne |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to box instructions. 2. Mix broth, basil, pepper, garlic and broccoli in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. 3. Add pasta and lemon juice. Toss to coat. |
