easy and delicious side dish to serve with any meal. Ingredients:
6 cups of chopped cooked broccoli |
2 onions finely chopped |
1 stick of butter |
4 cans of cream of mushroom soup |
3 rolls of kraft garlic cheese cubed |
1 large jar of sliced mushrooms |

1 large can of frenches french fried onions |
Directions:
1. cook broccoli as per package directions 2. Preheat oven to 350 3. in a large stock pot or frying pan saute the onions in the butter.. 4. when onions are translucent and tender. 5. add all the remaining ingredients (except the french fried onions )and stir until cheese has melted and the ingredients have combined. 6. spray casserole dish with pam. 7. spoon mixture into casserole and smooth until even spread 8. bake 15 minutes 9. remove and sprinkle the french fried onions on top 10. return to oven and bake about another 30 minutes or until casserole is browned and bubbly. |
