Light and refreshing. Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh broccoli |
1 small head cauliflower |
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes |
1/2 cup chopped sweet onions |
1 cup mayonaise |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets. 2. In large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, cheese, tomatoes and onions. 3. In another bowl, combine mayonaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until smooth. 4. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss. |
