Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad  |

                    From the kitchen of Wanda Cupp Thornburg, Moberly MO. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 head broccoli, coarsely chopped (omit stems)  |  
                                                1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped (omit stems)  |  
                                                1 quart fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped (omit stems)  |  
                                                1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped  |  
                                                12 green onions, finely chopped  |  
                                                1 cup granulated sugar  |  
                                                1/2 cup white vinegar  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups oil  |  
                                                2 teaspoons poppy seeds  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Prepare vegetables; mix together and refrigerate. 2. Mix indgredients for dressing together and refrigerate. 3. Put dressing on vegetables about 1 hours prior to serving. Keep in fridge.                              |
