Great easy salad. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh cauliflower, chopped |
1 lb fresh broccoli, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and onion; mix well. 2. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over vegetables. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
