Great easy salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh cauliflower, chopped
1 lb fresh broccoli, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and onion; mix well.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; pour over vegetables.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
