Broccoli And Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms |

So, here I am in my kitchen with leftover crumbled bacon and some broccoli and mushrooms that need to be used... I got creative, let me know what ya think! Ingredients:
10-15 button mushrooms, cleaned stems removed |
2-3 crumbled pieces of bacon (the crispier the better) |
2-3 tbsp frozen broccoli florets |
1-2 generous pinches shredded mozzarella |
1 egg |
2-3 tbsp italian breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Arrange mushrooms top side down in a 9 inch pie dish 2. in a bowl, mix everything together with your hands making sure to thoroughly combine ingredients 3. start stuffing the mushrooms, don't be conservative!! PILE those puppies up!!! 4. bake at 325F for 30-45 minutes, tops will be a nice brown and mushrooms will be soft 5. I just made this stuff for the first time about ten minutes ago and i've already eaten half the mushrooms (im chewing as I type this)!! :) |
