Love these easy veggie recipes. Servings is a guesstimate. Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh broccoli |
1/4 cup butter |
2 minced green onions |
1/4 cup sliced almonds |
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli, drain and keep warm. 2. Heat butter until melted, then add green onions and almonds and stir over medium heat for about 2 minutes. 3. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the broccoli. |
