Some of the best blueberries grow in British Columbia, Canada! Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen) |
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or regular milk) |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, starting with liquids, until smooth. 2. Serve in a pretty glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries. |
