mexican style enchilada casserole Ingredients:
12 oz beef brisket |
10 mission 8 low carb flour tortillas |
16 oz kraft natural shredded cheese - mexican style four cheese |
2 cans fiesta, green chilies, diced |
2 cups old el paso sauce enchilada mild |
Directions:
1. combine brisket, 1/2 of cheese and chillies 2. roll mixture into tortillas 3. pour 1/2 of enchilada sauce into large baking dish 4. place rolls evenly in pan 5. cover with remainder of sauce and cheese 6. cook at 375 until hot and melty (about 15-20 min) |
