Brined and Grilled Corn on the Cob |

Method from Cook's Country Ingredients:
1 gallon cold water |
1/2 cup kosher salt |
1/2 cup sugar |
12 ears corn, shucked |
12 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients in large container, stirring until salt and sugar are dissolved. 2. Add corn and soak for 30 minutes to 8 hours. 3. Remove corn from brine and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every two minutes. 4. Serve with butter. |
