Brie Leek Tartlets

The family loves these little bites,I make dozens at a time because they disappear so quickly!
Ingredients:
1 med. leek(white portion only) fine chopped
1 garlic clove,minced
3tbs butter
1/2c heavy whipping cream
dash of salt and white pepper
dash ground nutmeg
1pkg(1.9oz) frozen miniature phylo tart shells
2oz. brie or camembert cheese,rind removed
Directions:
1. In small skillet, saute leek and garlic in butter till tender. Add the cream,salt,pepper and nutmeg,cook and stir for 1-2 mins. or till thickened.
2. Place tart shells on baking sheet. Slice cheese into 15 pieces;place one piece in each shell. Top each with 11/2tsp. leek mixture
3. Bake at 350 for 6-8 mins. or till heated through. Refrigerate leftovers,if there are any.
