This is so quick and easy, and great if you love pasta...the walnut adds a nice crunch! Ingredients:
375g rigatoni pasta |
200g brie cheese,finely sliced |
1/4 c seeded mustard |
1 c walnuts, toasted and chopped |
300g thickened cream |
1/3 c fresh chives chopped |
extra fresh herbs for garnish |
Directions:
1. Add pasta to a large pot of boiling salted water, boil until al dente 2. drain and place hot pasta in a large bowl with cheese,mustard, walnuts, cream and chives, 3. toss gentl to combine 4. serve pasta garnished with fresh hebs 5. * best made just before serving! |
