I make no apologies for the apparent simpleness of this. It make a quick easy brunch or light lunch. Serve with a dressed green salad. Cranberry jelly and mango chutney also work very well as variations. Ingredients:
1/2 french baguette |
2 tablespoons red currant jelly |
4 slices brie cheese |
Directions:
1. Split stick and toast until golden. 2. Spread with jelly and top with Brie. 3. Grill until golden. 4. Eat. |
