My daughter makes this all the time and she serves this with Pita Chips, this is so yummy! Cannot find the picture but as soon as i do i will add!! Ingredients:
1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese |
1 (8 ounce) pkt cream cheese |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers |
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C2. In a medium bowl, mix the artichokes hearts, mayonnaise, 1 cup of the parmesan cheese, cream cheese and green chile peppers. Scoop the mixture into a dish. 2. 2. Top woth the remaining 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese. 3. 3. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. 4. 4. Serve warm! |
