Ingredients:
1/2 ounce simple syrup |
4 to 5 fresh mint leaves, torn |
2 slices lime, plus more for garnish |
2 small sprigs fresh thyme |
4 blackberries, plus more for garnish |
ice |
1 1/2 ounces citrus-infused rum, such as bacardi limon |
club soda |
Directions:
1. Muddle the simple syrup, mint, lime, thyme and blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Measure in the rum. Shake well, about 20 seconds. Add club soda and shake the contents simultaneously into 2 mojito glasses. Garnish with lime and blackberries. |
