Ingredients:
3-3 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) butter |
3/4 cup(s) granulated sugar |
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar packed |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
2 eggs |
6-8 ounce(s) chocolate, semisweet |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla with mixer until creamy. 3. Add eggs to mixer, one at a time 4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. 5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until well mixed 6. Stir in chocolate 7. Bake about 6 cookies on a stone baking sheet to test whether or not you have enough flour in the dough. Time for 16 minutes. For fluffier cookies, add more flour, up to 3 1/2 cups total. 8. Once correct consistency of cookie dough is achieved, bake the rest of the cookies for 16 minutes on a stone baking sheet. 9. Remove cookies to wire rack right away to allow cookies to cool. |
