From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona. Ingredients:
1 ounce rum syrup |
1 ounce praline syrup |
1/2 ounce hazelnut syrup |
1 fluid ounce espresso |
half-and-half, steamed |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. In an 8-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. 2. Fill cup with steamed half-and-half and top with whipped cream. 3. Serve immediately. |
