Ingredients:
1 pound(s) pork shoulder, roast or loin cut into 2 square chunks |
2 oranges quartered |
1 cup(s) beef or chicken broth |
1 can(s) coke (original) |
1 medium onion |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Braze the meat in a Dutch Oven. Add oranges, onion, broth and spices. Bake covered until meat is tender, about 1 hour. Add Coke, bake uncovered until caramelized, about 1 1/2 hours. |
