Brett Favres Packer Cheesehead Soup

In honor of losing The Great One I thought it would be a good time to pass on this soup recipe that is reportedly from the Brett Favre Steak House. Sob, we will miss you!
Ingredients:
1 quart water in large kettle
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onions
4 chicken boulion cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16-18 oz. bag californis blend veggies
1 pound cubed velvetta cheese.
Directions:
1. Boil first 3 ingredients for 20 minutes or until tender.
2. Add boullion, soup and cheese and stir until blended.
3. Add frozen veggies.
4. Heat through to minimal boil.
5. Add milk to thin out if needed.
6. Serve in carved out hard rolls.
7. Save pulled bread on the side to serve for dipping in soup.
