A soup spin-off of tacos, makes a quick week day dinner. Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
1/4 c. diced onion |
1 can pork n beans |
1 can corn |
2 cans tomato sauce |
1 pkt taco seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. 1. Place the burger in a large pot, cook till mostly browned add the onion continue cooking until onion is cooked. 2. 2. Stir in your taco seasoning, add the remaining ingred. 3. 3. Simmer covered for 20-30 min. 4. 4. Serve over top Frito's & top with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheese. |
