19 g pork, cured, bacon (2-3 slices), chopped |
1 1/2 pound green cabbage, coarsely chopped |
1 medium yellow onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. cook bacon slowly until crisp and about 2 tbsp of drippings 2. add cabbage and onion 3. cook until crisp-tender, tossing frequently 4. salt & pepper to taste |
