A replacement for scrambled eggs that tastes exactly like eggs!! Ingredients:
16 ounces tofu |
1/2 cup julienned bell pepper |
1 dash fresh lemon juice (1 squeeze) |
diced onion |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil, for heating in pan |
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except for tofu and oil in a bowl. 2. Crumble tofu into mixture. 3. Add oil to pan and heat. 4. Add ingredients and cook until lightly brown. 5. Great to serve with salsa or freshly diced tomatoes. |
