French Toast Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 pinch salt |
1/3 cup whole milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
4 pieces bread |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. 1. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt). 2. 2. Add wet ingredients (milk, vanilla). 3. 3. Add eggs. 4. 4. Melt butter on skillet on medium heat (if butter smokes, skillet is too hot). 5. 5. Dip bread in batter and fry in butter. |
