A yummy, hearty, healthy, hot breakfast Ingredients:
1 multi-grain tortilla |
1 oz low fat cheddar cheese |
1 egg white |
1 tbsp salsa |
1 oz turkey |
1 1/2 tbsp onion |
Directions:
1. saute onion with oil spray 2. add egg white and turkey torn or cut into bits 3. cook until set 4. take one slice low fat cheddar cheese and place in tortilla 5. put hot egg mixture over cheese 6. add a tablespoon of salsa 7. fold tortilla burrito style 8. enjoy |
