One wrap makes a good breakfast for people in a hurry Ingredients:
12 eggs |
1 onion |
1 green pepper |
1 red pepper |
1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise |
6 tortilla |
Directions:
1. Hard-boil eggs, shell them and crush them 2. Mince onion and peppers 3. Mix eggs, onion and peppers with mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste 4. Place egg mixture into tortilla wrap and wrap it up. 5. Can be kept in plastic wrap for a few days in the fridge. 6. You can also add sliced mushrooms, olives, and canned meats to make it more interesting |
