This shake provides 40 gms of protein a serving (if you use the brand of whey protein listed) which makes it great for vegetarians. Derived from The Fat Flush Plan. Ingredients:
4 scoops whey protein, bio-chem's whey protein natural vanilla flavor |
1 cup frozen strawberries or 1 cup peaches or 1 cup raspberries |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
2 tablespoons flax seed oil |
1/2 teaspoon green stevia powder |
14 ounces water |
2 ounces unsweetened cranberry juice, knudsen just cranberry |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed and mix until smooth and frothy. 2. Note: as a variation don't use blackberries (you'll end up with a mouthful of seeds you'll have to spit out)! |
