This is easy, healthy and goes great with eggs of any kind. Ingredients:
2 tomatoes chopped |
2 tsp olive oil |
pinch salt and pepper |
1/2 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet 2. Add tomatoes, saute for 2 minutes 3. Add salt, pepper, and oregano 4. Saute for one more minute (tomatoes should be just softened) |
