Great quick breakfast. Even better with a bran muffin. Ingredients:
12 1/2 ounces soft tofu |
1 banana |
4 ounces orange juice concentrate |
2 cups milk or 2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Add milk or water and blend until smooth. 3. For Vegan use water. |
