OK, first of all, this looks REALLY gross. It's great though, lol. Just something I made up messing around. Ingredients:
1 slice livermush (about 1/4 thick or so - not too much, it's overpowering) |
2 eggs |
1 frozen hashbrown patty |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook your hashbrown to your liking, as well as the livermush to your liking. (I like both of mine on the mushy side) 2. While cooking those, scramble the eggs in a bowl. 3. After the hashbrown and livermush cook, crumble both together in pan and add eggs, salt and pepper. 4. Stir around until egg is cooked through. 5. You can add cheese if you like. I prefer it without. You can substitute sausage or bacon for the livermush. 6. Remember, it looks REALLY gross, so don't be surprised!! |
