Ingredients:
8 slice(s) bacon |
10 chives |
3 ounce(s) creme fraiche |
1 egg |
4 eggs |
2 ounce(s) gruyere |
1 piece(s) puff pastry |
Directions:
1. Roll puff pastry out to 10 x 8 sheet. Preheat oven to 425. Grease baking sheet.Place pastry on sheet. Score pastry 1/2 inch from edge. 2. Mix together creme fraiche and grated gruyere., season with salt and pepper. 3. Cook bacon. Spread cheese on pastry. Lay bacon on top. Cook for 14 minuets. 4. remove from oven and prick holes in pastry. Crack eggs on tart. Cook for 7-10 minutes. 5. GArnish with shives |
