All the breakfast favorates together in a casserole Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerator biscuits - (pillsbury grands) (peel off the top half of each to make 2 thinner, full-size biscuits) |
1 pkg breakfast sausage, chopped into small pieces |
8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped |
4 eggs |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
pinch of pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Place biscuits into a lightly-greased 9x13 baking dish. 3. Press to fit together. 4. Sprinkle sausage and bacon over the top. 5. Lightly beat the eggs with the milk and pepper, and pour over the sausage/bacon. 6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Bake 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown, the eggs have set, and the cheese is bubbly. |
